Physics Girl is a channel created by Dianna Cowern about physics, astronomy and science-related topics. The show features fun DIY (Do It Yourself) demos, unusual and cutting-edge research, space, and expert interviews. Initially it started as a post-college personal project, then it has grown into a resource for teachers, a source of entertainment for physics nerds, and a way to share a passion for physics while advocating for women in STEM.
In the video “What do programmers do?” Dianna tries to debunk in 10 minutes and in a funny way some prejudices about what is really the work of a software engineers, interviewing some software engineers who work for YouTube.
Based on mini interviews, this English speaking video presents some applications like virtual reality experiences, multiple voices software… and motivations of people to be software engineers.
